Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Camp activities are movement-based and hands-on. Participation carries inherent risks including minor injuries, falls, allergic reactions, and physical exertion. By registering, the parent/guardian voluntarily accepts these risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, releases and holds harmless McNeill Learning Ventures LLC (Human Body Lab), its staff, volunteers, contractors, and facility partners from claims arising from participation, including ordinary negligence. Reasonable safety precautions are taken, but accidents may still occur.

Behavior Policy

Human Body Lab reserves the right to dismiss a participant whose behavior creates a safety concern. No refund will be issued if a child is dismissed for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Drop-Off / Pick-Up Policy

Children must be dropped off and picked up promptly at scheduled camp times. Staff supervise only during scheduled hours. A brief grace period is provided; late pickup fees may apply after that.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full refund within 48 hours of registration
50% refund up to 14 days before camp
No refunds within 14 days of camp start unless the spot is filled from a waitlist
No refunds for missed camp days due to illness, vacation, or schedule conflicts
Full refunds issued if Human Body Lab cancels a session
